Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any changes requested within 48 hours of your appointment may be approved or denied at the artist’s discretion. By booking, you acknowledge that your deposit will be forfeited and your card may be charged a 50% cancellation or no-show fee if changes are made within this window. All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel and you do so more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit may be credited toward a future appointment.
